We are expecting more than 3,500 people to attend the European Adventist Youth Congress in Valencia, Spain
(1-5 August 2017) from all over Europe.

Below is further information that is relevant to booths and exhibitors.
Exhibitors may be in one of two categories, according to their purpose for the exhibition/booth.
Price is for all days (not per day!).
Category 1 - SDA Schools and Institutions without electricity 150€
Category 2 - SDA Schools and Institutions with electricity 200€
Category 3 - Commercial companies with electricity 300€
Exhibitors must cover their registration fees. These are the options available:

|Option D:||Congress Day Pass||15€***|
*Option A*: Full Congress Package includes: accommodation, meals, and congress fee. The sleeping option will be indoor tents (2 people), similar to what you see on the left side.
For Option A, Participants will need to bring their sleeping bag and mat. There will be a special tent section for families (husband+wife+children).
Toilets and showers are on site.
**For children ages 6 to 12, options A, B and C have a 50% discount.
For children ages 0 to 5 the event is FREE. Bear in mind there is no alternative programme for children. They must be under the care and supervision of their parents at all times.
*** Price is per day. On the registration form, you can choose the days for which you need a day pass.
We can provide 1 table (1,80m x 0,75m x 0,74m) and 2 chairs for 50€. In the registration form, you may also indicate any additional requets regarding floor space and wall space. We will need to confirm whether it is possible to fulfill your requests or not.
If you prefer to stay in a nearby hotel (and thus choose congress options B, C or D) you must make the reservations with the hotel of your choice. You must cover this expense.
