More Than a Place to Stay
AYC26 is not just an event to attend.

Feria Valencia
For the duration of the Congress, participants will stay on-site at Feria Valencia, in large indoor sleeping halls—creating a unique space of community, connection, and shared experience.
How It Works
You’ll be staying in indoor tents, placed inside the venue halls.
- 2-3 people per tent
- You will share your tent with another participant
- You will be grouped with your delegation (Union / country)
Late-night conversations. Early morning moments.
Friendships that didn’t exist before… but suddenly do. It’s one of the parts people remember most.
🎒 What You Need to Bring
To make your stay comfortable, please bring:
- Earplugs (if you’re a light sleeper)
- Sleep mask
- Towel
- Personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap, etc.)
- Sleeping bag or bed sheets
- Sleeping mat (60 cm wide)
- Pillow (optional, but recommended if you like comfort)
- Lantern or flashlight
- Flip flops / shower shoes
Recommended Packing List
A few extra things that can make your experience even better:
- Power bank 🔋
- Sunscreen ☀️
- Summer hat / cap 🧢
- Sunglasses
- Comfortable clothes and shoes for warm weather
- Water bottle (recommended: a thermos flask to keep water cool throughout the day. You will receive a 500 ml water bottle in every meal, so the best way to keep it cool is to transfer it to a thermos flask. Water bottles will also be available for purchase at the Congress Store).
- Notebook & pen
- Fan
- Cash/credit card (it will be possible to purchase drinks, ice cream, etc. at the Congress Store, Day Lounge, Night Lounge and Exhibitor Booths)
- USB-A to USB-C cable to charge your mobile device at the Charging Station (limited spaces)
- Your Bible 📖
